I decided I needed some extra practice working with fondant so at MIDNIGHT Saturday night I created this little jewel. We have NO NEED for a cake in this house so I sent it to work with my mom.

About Me

- This is the fourth time, yes the fourth time, I have tried to post today. I can't even remember what I am trying to say but I will try and start again. I have had many people ask if I have pictures of the cakes I have done, and some of these people are from Tyler, Kilgore or Longview who cannot stop by my house and look. SO......I have decided to TRY and start posting pictures of some of the cakes I have done so that examples of what I can do are available to everyone.....not just the Hendersonites. I am by no means experienced at blogging but I am going to do my best to keep this site updated with all of my cakes as they come along.
